We are committed to provide a good basis for the advice we give.
We do thorough processes in which the client participates as much as possible. This ensures that the client can as much as us when we are done.
1. PROBLEM DEFINITION
To get a better understanding of our clients challenges, we often start with an AS-IS analysis. The purpose of an AS-IS analysis is to provide insight of the current situation, from a retail perspective.
2. Preparation of hypothesis
We then conduct a workshop where we work with the customer to analyze the findings. Then we develop hypotheses for testing.
3. TEST OF HYPOTHESIS
We create a clear analysis design to ensure the best possible implementation and validity. This is essential to isolate effect.
4. Evaluation & Recommendation
Based on the test results, we reject or confirm the hypotheses. We evaluate the findings and give the customer a clear recommendation as to how the various issues can best be solved. Often new hypotheses are formed to increase further growth.
